Refund policy
Because we maintain strict food safety and allergen-control standards, we do not accept returns of food products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team and we will work with you to make it right.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement product, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Kennai or from an authorized retailer.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- We reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.
Refunds for purchases made by credit card or debit card will be issued to the original payment method. Purchases made using a gift card will be refunded as store credit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
